二、說明
wings08發表商業廣告文，違反本板使用規範第十五條第三款，處水桶九十日並退文。
Angeldog57發表之賣屋文，其應記載資訊中，缺少實價登錄資訊，
違反本板使用規範第八條第三項，處水桶十四日、文章刪除。
sherumi2000發表之二篇賣屋文，其應記資訊中，坪數未詳實填記，
違反本板使用規範第八條第三項，處水桶十四日、文章刪除。
tai0235發表之賣屋文，經本板查獲，其中四十五篇應記載資訊中實價登錄資訊未填記，
另有三篇實價登錄資訊填記不全，違反本板使用規範第八條第三項，情節重大，
核其素行及過往違規紀錄云云，認為每一文章處水桶十四日略嫌過重，
合併處水桶五十六日、文章全數刪除，以示警惕。
本板另發現使用者tai0235於七月二十五日發表賣屋文二篇，
違反本板使用規範第十二條第二項，因前開已有重處分，僅此說明不另加處分。
