二、說明
ntcu5566 張貼之賣屋文，其應記載資訊中，車位坪數未獨立填記之，
違反本板使用規範第八條第三項，情節輕微，處警告，並刪除該篇文章。
inezfan 完全未依本板格式發表賣屋或買屋文，
違反本板使用規範第十四條第三項第二款第五目，處水桶九十日、文章退文。
fklatte 回覆賣屋文詢問交易事宜至板上，
違反本板使用規範第十四條第二項第三款第四目，處水桶九十日、文章退文。
2021/05/25 加註：
inezfan 原應優先適用特別法，依 #1Vbw5d7L (home-sale)
第三條之一第一項第二款，處水桶一年、並予該篇文章退文，
惟該處分已過申訴時效，雖不合規定，然應歸責於看板，
此時不宜為行為人更不利之處分，若行為人日後再為同一違規行為，
將予加重處分之依據。
