二、說明
realtor 張貼賣屋文而夾帶其他物件之資訊於文章中，
違反本板使用規範第十四條第二項第二款第三目，處水桶三月、並予該篇文章退文；
惟發現時已過退文期限，易處刪除文章。
註1：原文中出現「我們還有一間超讚的，鄭子寮雙車墅，15年左右，只要17xx，
有興趣來電」等文字，雖僅有部分資訊，然已屬該物件之廣告文字，
足促成交易，應認定構成要件該當。
