二、說明
vixvixvix 完全未依本板格式張貼買屋或賣屋文，
依 #1Vbw5d7L (home-sale) 第三條之一第一項第二款，處水桶一年、並予該篇文章退文；
惟發現時已過退文期限，易處刪除文章。
damomo 回覆賣屋文詢問交易事宜至板上，
違反本板使用規範第十四條第二項第三款第四目，處水桶三月、並予該篇文章退文。
Astronaut38 張貼文章未滿二十字、僅有一行之文章二篇，
違反本板使用規範第九條第一項第二、三款，應處水桶十四日，並刪除該篇文章；
復，經檢視二文章後，原文內容略有不同，本板認為行為人基於二次各別之意圖，
而為二次違規行為，屬實質競合關係，合計處水桶二十八日，並刪除該二篇文章。
