二、說明
kingoftwo 多次於其張貼之討論性質文章回覆他人之文字中，
挑釁、嘲諷不特定人或屢次讚揚特定地區之人、事、物、環境、物價，
構成 #1Vbw5d7L (home-sale) 第三條第一項第六款要件該當，
又其中有故意刪除他人推文之情形，為 #1RHcHNb5 (home-sale)
第十條第一項第二款之違規行為，
依其連線時所顯示之 IP 位址紀錄觀之，極有可能與 #1Xu-6sSt (home-sale) 案之
iwantfds 及 #1Xxaxn0V (home-sale) 案之 momofafa777 為同一人所持有或使用，
惟前次申請調查尚未有結果，依前例，暫予水桶十年，並再次送交帳號部進行調查，
待多重帳號查詢結果出爐後再決定是否延長處分時間，
該員於七日內張貼之文章，不問是否自行刪除，全數追加退文。
