[問題] Messenger 一直重複推送一模一樣的訊息

iOS 14.4

問題描述：

有沒有人也遇到 Facebook Messenger 一直重複推送一模一樣的訊息，
而且無論重啟 App 重裝 App 重新啟動後都沒辦法根治，
已經先把通知整個關掉了，再不行準備砍 App。
