[問題] 47A-Additional Conditions

各位版友大家好!

小弟讀到信用狀條款中，有一條如下(47A)
A copy of invoice and packing list to be accompanied
with consignment as per state bank of Pakistan circular
no. 07/IPU/2(47)-2005 Dated:07-Apr-2005.

請問有沒有人有看過這條?大概是講什麼意思呢?s
