【工作職缺】
Execu1ve Assistant
【工作內容】
‧ Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external
clients.
‧ Handle requests and queries appropriately from internal employees and
stakeholders.
‧ Manage and maintain executives’ schedules and appointments
‧ Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls.
‧ Take and distribute minutes of meetings as necessary.
‧ Serve as a centralized communication hub for inquiries from internal
employees
‧ Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as necessary
‧ Provide administrative support for tasks related to our HR management
system, CRM, accounting system, and other internal documentations
【徵求條件】
‧ Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant
administrative support experience.
‧ Bilingual proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)
‧ Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
‧ Experience working in a modern office environment (familiarity with tools
such as Slack, Zoom)
‧ Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
‧ Adaptive and confident in communicating with Japanese stakeholders and
internal back-office
members to sort out requests and approval matters
‧ Strong ability at multitasking and prioritizing
‧ Confident and comfortable at communicating instructions, and at times
strict guidelines to other members of the department

台北
【工作時間】
10:00-19:00
每週工時超過40小時，請寫加班費
