[問題] 有聽過國防部史政編譯圖書館嗎?

如題,最近想尋找一些軍史戰史的資料發現國防部史政編譯出版的,
但是不是每間圖書館都有,想知道史政編譯有自己的圖書館嗎?
可否開放民眾參觀或是申請參觀呢?
