標題[討論]一個皮膚科的case

大家好,我們是TinyNote的團隊，最近有一位馬來西亞的醫師(應該是在地方小診所) 傳了幾個Dermatology的case跟病灶的圖片給我們，希望幫她做一些D.D.跟建議後續處置 但我們只是junior doctor，沒辦法給出很有用的建議，因此，在徵求她同意後 我們決定po在討論區和社群上，希望有經驗的大大們，能夠給予一些想法與討論！ 感謝大家 以下有附圖，慎入 1st case http://i.illu.es/5UJ92 病史描述[From馬來西亞的醫師] Skin lesion: 6x6.3 cm 5 monthes recently. itch only, no pain mild enlarge at the low back area lesions: https://i.imgur.com/Fln4dxp.jpg
