[鐵道] 新功能？設定劇情動畫是否顯示穿搭

這可能是諸多奇妙穿搭破壞劇情氣氛才出現的功能

我是也看過有人說銀狼墨鏡把臉遮住大半而看不到表情

這下不用再擔心跑劇情時忘記脫掉迷迷帽啦
