大型賽事期間代購票券特別規定

第 00 條 (法例)
依本板使用規範第三條第二項、第十四條第一項第二款第六目公告之。
第 01 條 (適用範圍)
凡世界性或全國性，為期一週以上之大型競賽均屬之。
大型音樂會、演唱會亦準用本規定。
其它適用本規定之情形由本板認定之。
第 02 條 (限制)
於本板徵求他人代為排隊購票者，應遵守以下規定：
一、所購得之票券僅限於自用，不得轉售。
二、每一名使用者任意二篇徵求文章應間隔七日以上。
三、徵求文章內應註明代購數量，且單一種類不得超過八張、總量不得超過二十張。
不得以多重帳號規避第一項之限制。
同一聯絡人視為同一使用者。
第 03 條 (罰則)
違反第二條規定者，得處水桶三百六十五日以上、並得退文。
以多重帳號違反本規定者，依本板使用規範第三十條規定申請多重帳號查詢。
徵得之票券若轉售牟利，經使用者檢舉、本板查証屬實者，依第一項處分。
第 04 條 (施行日期)
本規定自公告日施行，修訂時亦同。

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand or your graveyard or your
banished zone) by destroying all the other cards on the field and in either
players' hand. If this card is Summoned: destroy all the other cards on the
field and in either players' hand. If this card is destroyed: destroy all the
other cards on the field and in either players' hand; Special Summon this card
from graveyard or banished zone.
