一、主文
loveconut
水桶365日、
違規文章退文。
二、說明
loveconut發表徵求共乘之文章，明顯無關本板宗旨，且為非關工作之無償行為，
本板使用規範第十四條第一項第五款雖未提到「共乘」，然本板仍可認定其違反
同項第八款規定「其它經本板認定為重大不當徵才內容者」，除上開規定外，
該當亦違反同法第九條第一項第五款、第十四條第一項第一款，依同法第十六至十九條，
應處水桶一百八十日以上、並得退文，依其違規情節，處水桶三百六十五日、併科退文。
本板非便利商店，共乘徵求請至 car-pool 板，感謝合作。

誠徵一樣要去中和國稅局上班的機車騎士
每月會支付油錢 (需要詳談)

若不服本判決，得表明理由，至 part-timeBM 板發文申訴。
