二、說明
onetti多次刪除其它使用者之推文，經其中一位使用者檢舉，本板查証屬實，
從其行為觀之，非屬過失而為之，該當違反本板使用規範第十條第一項第二款，
依同法第十六至十九條，應處水桶三十日以上、並得退文。
