二、說明
newxx發表工作時間、地點、內容均與實際情形有重大不符情形之徵才文，
業經使用者反映，該當違反本板使用規範第十五條第一項第七款，
依同法第十六至十九條，應處水桶一百八十日以上、並得退文，
依本板慣例，違反該款規定者，處水桶三百六十五日併退文。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得表明理由，至 part-timeBM 板發文申訴。
