一、主文

peterch警告1次。

peterch若再犯本板使用規範第11條各項則依情節輕重處分水桶45日以上365日以下。

二、說明

peterch於文章#1SGnGMhl (part-time)之推文，依其語意觀之，顯有歧視特定族群之虞，

違反本板使用規範第十一條第三項，惟其未有侮辱之文字出現，其情節尚屬輕微，

依同法第二十一條第一項，處警告一次，警告期一年；警告期間若再有類似情形，

依同法第二十條第一項加重處分之。
