有鑒於發現近日板上出現「食道功能檢查」相關實驗，
觀其實驗內容，實已涉及「藥物試驗」及「侵入性」行為，
惟自 2014 年起均未禁止或限制張貼相關文章，
基於信賴保護原則，該部分不予追究。
自即日起，若再出現具有「侵入性」行為或要求受試者服用特定藥劑者，
依違反看板使用規範第十四條第一項第三款第六目處斷。
