qweruiop3 意圖擾亂看板秩序，而以不正方法張貼無關看板之廣告文章，情節重大，
且七日內於他看板之文章亦有相類情形，
依過渡條例第四條第一項第九款，處最高額處分，並予該篇文章退文。
