二、說明
依板務板規第二十一條，申訴處分公告發佈日後超過七十二小時者，得不予受理，
貴申訴人未受罰單、停權等處分，並無特殊事由，卻於5/04時申訴4/01的水桶公告處分，
超過申訴時效之十倍，予以駁回，程序上並無疑義。
最後，依組務板規第三條第七款，處分公告超過七日之案件，L_LifeJob板不受理。
