一、主文
申訴駁回，不予受理，本案已完成溝通程序，得逕行上訴。
二、說明
依 part-time 板使用規範第四十條第一、二款，
「任何工作，每小時之工資不得低於新台幣一百五十元。」且
「總工時不足一小時者，以一小時計算之。」，
縱使跑腿工作之工時不到一小時且僅有一次，仍應以一小時計算之，
依原文內容 (#1SNHFK-h (part-timeBM))觀之，即使於平常日發表之已然不合規定，
況且於國定假日期間發表之乎？
故本板依「2019 新春專案」(#1SAajDah (part-time))第二款第四目、第四款第五目
(工資及聯絡資訊符合該公告之違規態樣)，兩方各處水桶三百六十五日併退文，
並無不當，全案予以駁回。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得以此文為溝通依據，表明理由，至 L_LifeJob 板發文申訴。
