申訴人之陳述應屬合理，本板採信其說法，同意免罰。

: 申訴事由：某T開頭帳號檢舉論件計酬薪資換算後可能低於法定薪資
: 附件及說明：
: 論件計酬條件於面試時均有清楚說明，該檢舉人亦同意照該條件作業
: 並於正式作業後，先是要求要降低標準，後要求要改用時薪150元給付
: 但所有作業人員均能達到標準，換算每日薪資均在1250元以上，高於法定薪資標準
: 唯該檢舉人無法達到，此應為個人作業不力因素
: 且公司早已同意該員訴求，改以每日1200元薪資給付(時薪150元*8小時)
: 並於次月10日(7/10)將薪資補齊
: 該檢舉內容也僅以『疑似低於法定薪資』卻未提出任何證明
: 請版主應查證事實，並予以撤銷該水桶案
