申訴駁回，不予受理，本案已完成溝通程序，得逕行上訴。
二、說明
申訴人未附處分公告代碼，依 part-timeBM 板看板使用規範第二十二條第二項第五款，
應不予受理，合先敘明。然就本板調閱資源回收筒內紀錄而言，申訴人分別於
八月二十六日及九月一日皆張貼二篇徵才文，違反 part-time 板看板使用規範
第十二條第一項，依該規定罰則，每一行為處水桶七日，合計處水桶十四日應甚允當。
