申訴駁回，不予受理，本案已完成溝通程序，得逕行上訴。
二、說明
程序部分：系爭案件於 Sat Jan 26 23:41:02 2019 公告，至於已逾二年，
申訴時效早已完成，依 #1PYic6lQ (part-timeBM) 第二十一條第一項，不受理。
實體部分：申訴人之陳述顯與事實不符。依 #1SJ7-HGb (part-time)，
申訴人刪除他人推文具主觀故意，依當時板規第十條第一項第二款處斷並無疑義。
本案確定再無任何救濟手段，禁止於此看板 (part-timeBM) 或站內信為任何爭執。
於此看板再為本案件之任何形式之爭執，依違反 #1PYic6lQ (part-timeBM)
第二十八條第一項第一款處斷。
三、申訴救濟
