申訴駁回，不予受理，本案已完成溝通程序，得逕行上訴。
二、說明
程序部分：申訴人張貼之公告文章代碼錯誤，至今尚未更正，
依 #1PYic6lQ (part-timeBM) 第二十二條第二項第五款，得不受理。
實體部分：觀系爭文章之徵求工作內容，顯為從事業務之人所為之徵才類文章，
適用事業單位之相關規定，應填記單位資訊，故認為申訴人之主張無理由。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得以此文為溝通依據，表明理由，至 L_LifeJob 板發文申訴。
