如題
Ketorolac的結構分類?
維基百科寫說
Although its name does not suggest similarity with propionic acid derivatives
(e.g. ketoprofen, flurbiprofen, naproxen, ibuprofen, carprofen etc.),
ketorolac is an isostere of ketoprofen. More precisely, it is a
dihydropyrrolizine carboxylic acid derivative structurally related to
indomethacin.
所以Ketolor是和ketoprofen, flurbiprofen, naproxen, ibuprofen
同類屬propionic acid類衍生物,
還是和Diclofenac,Etodolac,Indomethacin,Sulindac屬Acetic acids類衍生物
(因為有ac結尾)
