Cloudflare 新的伺服器改用 EPYC 了，還強調 Intel is not inside
(因為其他的零件也沒用到 Intel) 他們之前研究了一下 arm 也對 arm 還有興趣，
不過缺乏支援的情況下還是得繼續用 x86
