Intel 想花 $30B 買 GF，amd 切出來的晶圓代工廠
有段時間跟楊老闆開玩笑說 amd 是阿拉(A)滿大人(M)，
梗的來源就是 amd 晶圓廠丟給中東公司，封測丟給中國
現在晶圓廠要賣給 intel 的話也是很妙，
不過 gf 應該 14nm 以後的製程就沒在動了，不知道 intel 打什麼主意
有人推測是 intel 要進軍代工市場，透過既有的 player 來帶會比較順利
