結果 rsync 3.4.4 --fileflags 還沒回來，不過 freebsd ports 裡面
的 rsync 已經有 patch 了，只是現在改成 --file-flags，
雖然 -h 裡面沒寫，不過 --fileflags 還是可以用就是
