Childhood engraved on garden trees
Fish in the pool, kittens sleeping at the door
Remember these, for you are leaving home
Rooms with games, hide and seeks,
Dolls on pillows and beds,
Yellow duck in the bathtub, long time ago
With scent of the alley by the street
Where we had been running and playing
Remember these, for you are leaving home
We must leave home for old men's freedom
Like they watched us skating down from the slope
We are not little, they are not strong
Remember these, for you are leaving home
