Once so shiny
Like a cloud that drifts just above you
Like a flower that only blooms for a night
Like a maiden, once a page in the book
All effaced, by the silent steps of time
And silence is the only thing left
It shadows everything gone
If the sun rises for another day
Will I still be the same
Will I stay true to myself
Will I listen
When the waves swarm in me
Time, I give in to you
And will be forever enamored
With a pair of transparent eyes
