Sunshine and rain in Göteborg,
We didn't mind, while strolling
Leisurely by the port, having beers
With colleagues like friends
When it was dark, no, not dark
In middle of June, all hearts were bright
We passed over the central station,
With our souls freed from masks and the plague
Yachts cruising on the sea of Stockholm,
With good wines, potato chips and friendly smiles,
Sea breeze around us, like a prophecy
Spoke about a promising team to be built
Yacht moored, we got off for dinner on an island
Sunset greeted us by its warm gold blaze
At the airport with homesick animals in queues,
I was thinking about my son, my wife
And our short but wonderful trip in Sweden,
As well as the often quoted line “I shall return”
We will meet again in another season,
On the day the sky is reopened,
Embracing all pioneers with courage to explore
