回報一下傍晚收到曼谷皇冠假日訂房經理的回信

嚴格來說，我知道價格落差雖然感受不好
但是沒有更仔細比較就在官網訂，是我自己責任比較大
所以對他們提出的補償方案，我個人是覺得蠻可以接受，也算有誠意！
畢竟是拿第三方旅行社比價，離BRG條件也很遠，
本來就有抱著他只會說抱歉什麼也不補償的可能！
所以他們提出的內容，也符合我的需求，所以我就欣然接受！

以下是他們主動提出補償方案給大家參考

1.三間訂房都升級一等(本來上個月就寫信問過，之前很明確表示只有pa的我可以升等)

2.我昨天在發現差價之前，有先寫信問是否可以提早check in
因為我們9點到廊曼機場，預計大概上午11點前就會到達飯店
本來今早針對我先前的詢問是回答說幫我備註，但是實際要看房況
現在則是直接說要提供提早C/I服務(這個應該是沒有發生這件事也會提供的我猜)

3.同上，在反應房價以前寫信問早餐費用跟提早入住的事.回答早餐一人680++
但是我是P會員，所以提供升一級享有club服務.
可在club樓層用早餐，全天提供茶水咖啡果汁，有HH
·  Complimentary International buffet breakfast at Crowne Plaza Club Lounge on 31st floor from 6.30 – 10.30 a.m.
·  Complimentary all day coffee, tea, juices and soft drinks from 6.30 a.m. – 11.00 p.m.
·  Complimentary “Happy Hour” from 5.00 – 8.00 p.m.

PS.這點有點妙的是，一個月之前我就寫信問過待遇，當時說是沒有待遇，
飛茶跟網友也說曼谷CP之前厚道的待遇今年已取消
cp之前回信說只能幫我房間升一等，隔天網站可以看到房型升一等了
但是昨天還沒抱怨房價差的前一封詢問早餐費用的回信，卻主動提可以進CLUB?
這點不知道是待遇又回來，或是我上次被升一等的房型，誤以為還沒升過又升一次！
這個就不確定了，但是打算現場沒給待遇的話會打開信件給他看證明有說過會給了！

4.除了上一封回說可以使用CLUB的，晚上這封補償方案的早餐提到
我本身的房間可使用免費早餐，其他兩間為一般會員，特別提供一間房500++使用早餐，
並強調原本是一人680++，現在是2人500++

First of all thank you very much for your kind select to stay with us.

we should to recheck as well,
for this time you and your party made booking under IHG Special
Rate for Superior Room base on room only.
We are happy to upgrade all room from Superior Room to Deluxe Room
with complimentary early check in and for your room
we  would like to offer complimentary daily breakfast for you.
For another 2 rooms for your friend we would like to offer special rate
for breakfast at THB 500++ for 2 persons per  day
(normally breakfast at Restaurant is THB 680++ per person).

Kindly revert back with a confirmation for special rate breakfast for another 2 rooms.

我英文實在破，這封信還是用google中英慢慢對照翻出我要表達的意思來的！羞~
我昨天的抱怨信如下，大家可以參考一下

Hello
On the IHG website, I booked your hotel room
Reservation number is 64266***,6428****,6426**** (預約編號這裡我就不打出來了)

I am your loyal member.

Today inadvertently found that if I booking rooms by Taiwan's travel agency,
The same date, same room types, from Taiwan Booking also includes breakfast
The price is cheaper by almost 20%!

I was shocked and feel very unhappy
This experience makes me think that,member in the IHG Lowest Rate Guaranteed
official website booking  room is wrong ?? is stupid?
I do not know if there will be solution to the problem?
I am not a malicious complaint, I just want to protect my interests.

Prices have prepaid successful, I know this is very unreasonable
request a refund of the difference.

So I just hope to get more services during our stay,
such as free use of club or a free breakfast!

I and several of my friends will stay of your hotel in this time
Because I recommend that they first experience IHG hotels,
I sincerely hope that this incident will not cause to listen to my recommendation regret

I hope you do not misunderstand I was vexatious,
I believe I'll have a wonderful trip because I stay in the Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park
