暑假要去DEL
剛好看到那邊的香格里拉價格還可以(跟台南差不多，剛好可刷個nights)
只是官網價格實在和OTA差太多
看到booking/expdeia都便宜上許多
getaroom更是差了快(3000 Rs ~50USD)
於是就先在官網上訂了BFR (1 nights/breakfast 共9443.6 Rs.
再上官網填寫Clain form
蠻意外的竟然幾個小時就回...當然，是被打槍
總共試了兩次，第一次附上的OTA訂房會收取消費40 eur
所以在備註那邊寫"即使收取消費還是比Prepaid rate還便宜"
不過客服應該不管這個，直接回說條件不符合
(We have carefully reviewed your claim and we are sorry to inform that we are
unable to honour the rate provided, due to differences in booking conditions.)
第二次找了getaroom的rate貼上去
這個不用取消費，而且價格更低(~7,200 Rs)
但仍然被打槍，原因:
"The Competing Rate must be available for booking with the exact
matching booking requirements and cancelations as the original Shangri-La
online booking, i.e. same hotel, same number of guests, same room type,
same arrival and departure dates."
客服還另外解釋說官網訂更方便balala
Upon checking at www.getaroom.com, we found the rate comes with a different
cancellation policy. Please find their cancellation policy below:
- Your credit card is charged in full at the time you book a reservation.
- Each room in this reservation is subject to the hotel's cancellation policy
which is: Cancellations before 07/05/2015, 11:29 PM (Asia/Kolkata) are fully
refundable. Bookings cancelled after 07/05/2015, 11:29 PM (Asia/Kolkata) are
subject to a fee of 121.08 USD. There is no refund for no-shows or early
check-out.
Meanwhile, the reservation that you have made via Shangri-La.com under the
Best Available Rate is much more flexible and allows cancelation and
amendment up to one day prior (24 hours before 4.00 p.m.) to arrival date and
in the event of unforeseen circumstances, only one night penalty will be
charged.

結論，官網訂房跟IHG一樣很寬鬆，以致於任何訂房網站都很難match到相同的訂房規定
但就算match到BRG成功也只是額外10% discount...還是說要用Prepaid rate跟他賭?
或是乾脆乖乖住Hostel...Orz ?
