[閒聊] IHG Reward night 退點要小心 [IHG]

昨天把之前訂好的IHG點數房給退掉
一共退了5晚,點數才回來4晚
寫信去問先是官方回覆

    Please be advised that you may view this activity by logging in to
     your account, you should show that it was already returned.

再回信一次才認真去查差了一晚

    Upon review of your account we found that you are missing 25,000
    points from cancellation number xxxxxxxx.

所以有退點數房的人還是要小心確認一下！

另, 我的ITTN免房也從系統畫面消失
但至少他們確認free night還在

    Foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the trouble in
    accessing your Free Nights online.

    We would like to confirm that we have reported the issue to our
    Web Services Team and was advised that the error you have
    encountered is a known issue. Although we are unable to provide a
    time frame on when this will be fixed, rest assured that the team
    is working round the clock to resolve this the soonest possible
    time.

沒想到IHG的IT也怎麼掉漆, 以為只有accor.....哈哈哈
