不知道之前有沒有人跟我一樣因為設定雅高自動轉點到IB
然後過沒幾天點數就以如下的名義不見了。
Account Regularization -1100
之前一直沒時間處理這件事，
昨天心血來潮寫了一封信去問問看（並附上自己被扣分的紀錄）
結過今天收到客服回文
...Regarding Account Regularization -
there was a system glitch that removed the points that you were able to earn with Quest Rewards. However, we have reinstated it and you can now enjoy 1100 points posted on your account.
如果有板友遇到相同狀況，可以去找克服把1100點拿回來喔～
(畢竟至少也值1100 avios不無小補）

有沒有版上的朋友之前買的Groupon.es禮卷至今還沒入帳的？
(有收到確認信且已過15天)
我的4000禮卷一直無法顯示為Conjeado
寫信問IB客服結果答非所問，他好像誤把之前系統故障所送的點數視為我買的點數
結果就開始跳針跟我說已經入帳了QQ
話說最近不知道為什麼跟客服特別有緣，
好不容易match到的HH帳號竟然被HH以姓名相同合併到別人的帳戶...
