這次我收到的offer有夠爛，但是我太太的帳號因為是白板，倒是中規中矩
不過我有注意到一個offer，是「your rate」
中國網頁翻譯成「优悦会会员专享价：通过 “IHG® 优悦会会员专享价”
预订并完成 2 次入住，即可获享2,000 奖励积分。」
任務標題很好理解，就是用IHG會員價下訂住2次就可以
不過點開條款細看，內容差很多，原文如下：
僅限IHG® Rewards Club優悅會會員參與，且必須提前註冊會員號碼方可參與此項優惠
專屬任務（下稱「註冊」）。在2017年5月15日至2017年8月31日期間（包括首尾兩天）
，會員在大中華區（中國大陸，香港，澳門及台灣）的洲際®酒店、皇冠假日酒店®、
英迪格酒店®、假日酒店®、智選假日酒店®、或華邑酒店®預訂並完成規定次數的包
含一個週日且至少連續兩晚的符合獎賞標準的住宿，即可獲得上列積分。此項專屬任務
須遵循 促銷優惠通用條款與附則，以及標準的 IHG® 優悅會會員條款與附則鏈接 和
積分累積結構，詳情請訪問 www.ihgrewardsclub.com。此項專屬任務僅對原始收件人
有效。如發現會員存在欺詐和濫用促銷優惠的行為，洲際酒店集團有權撤銷該名會員的
獎勵積分和/或賬戶。在法律允許範圍內，IHG® Reward Club 優悅會保留在給予或不
給予通知的情況下隨時取消、終止及/或修改促銷優惠/專屬任務的權利。在法律允許範

有限大中華地區跟要2次含周日在內連續兩天入住，
但是切換到英文條款是如下：
Stay 2 time(s) using our member exclusive discount, Your Rate, and earn 2,000
bonus points.
Must be an IHG® Rewards Club member and must register your member number in
advance to participate in this Offer ("Registration"). Number of bonus points
listed above will be awarded after the required number of Qualifying Stays
have been booked at the required [“Your Rate”] rate and consumed by the
member between 15 May 2017 and 31 August 2017 (both dates inclusive) at
InterContinental®, Crowne Plaza®, Hotel Indigo®, Holiday Inn®, Holiday
Inn Express®, Staybridge Suites®, Candlewood Suites®, EVEN™ or HUALUXE®
hotels worldwide. Stays at Holiday Inn Resorts®, Holiday Inn Select and
Holiday Inn Club Vacations® properties count as Stays at the Holiday Inn
brand and Stays at InterContinental Alliance® Resort properties count as
Stays at the InterContinental brand. A Stay is defined per IHG® Rewards Club
Membership Terms and Conditions as one night or consecutive nights at the
same hotel, regardless of frequency of check-in/out (“Stay”). For the
purpose of this Offer under this Promotion a Stay constitutes a “Qualifying

這兩者也差太多了吧~~中國網頁要求要入住大中華地區，還要2次含周日的連續2天住宿
但是英文條款卻是寫全球品牌都算入，而stay就是依會員C&T的定義。
如果說周六入住的中文版任務是翻譯錯誤，我還覺得合理。
但是your rate的中英文條款差那麼多，我認為是大中華地區的IHG在坑人 !!
個人認為以英文條款為主。
