[問題] 土航搞不懂的保級標準？

小弟目前是土航黑卡，照我的理解還有土航網站的解釋，只要會員年度第一年集到40,000
哩，或是兩年60,000哩就可以保級。去年我第一年度就已經拿了43000哩，於是今年就沒
特別計劃要run，但是現在第二年在土航網站上卻說我離保級還有17000哩，於是我就寫了
信問土航客服，結果卻得到傻眼的回覆如下：

In accordance with the Miles&Smiles program rules, if you earn, from your dome
stic or international flights you will make with Turkish Airlines or Star Alli
ance member airlines, 40,000 Status Miles in the first 1 year or reach 60,000
Status Miles in total in 2 years of your membership period from the date you a
re entitled to Elite Plus membership, your Elite Plus membership status is ext
ended for 2 more years.

We have examined your Miles&Smiles membership account as per your feedback and
 found out that you earned 42908 Status Miles in the first year.

We would like to inform you that you need to earn 60000 miles in total in 2 ye
ars of your membership period.

If the mentioned criteria cannot be satisfied, your membership status will be
changed to Elite.

Kindly submitted for your information.

是我英文看不懂還怎樣，但保級條件明明是”or”不是”and”啊...還說是黑卡金卡客服
...想請較大家我的理解有錯嗎？遇到這種情形不知該怎樣是好？
