人際關係，特別是職場，除了大方向以外，似乎沒有什麼能夠ㄧ以貫之的處理方式，因為
每一個人都是變因——情商再怎麼高也不能保證不會跌進漩渦當中。
就算看似了解了每個人的個性，理論上推敲出一套完美的應變守則，還是會意料之外的發
展。
也許要學會放開，再怎麼萬全的準備還是會有人禍，得一笑置之。
