So the thing about self esteem is that we want to be careful to not connect it
to a thing, a person, a place or a title. The problem with doing that is if t
here is a change in any of those things, or they become non existent, it will
always impact your self esteem. Leaving you to feel that you have no control a
nd that you end up reverting to feeling bad about yourself. If i asked you the
question, WHO ARE YOU? What would your answer be?
