因為我可能沒有tuition waiver, 但是會有fund/stipend from department/professor
我跟graduate school 查過了, financial statement 的上傳期限是五月
想請問是不是可以等到offer with fund/stipend 確定後拿來當作deduction,
這樣可以減少我財力證明的負擔?
還是提出financial statement 是offer前的必要條件?
