租屋區域: 近Culver City (坐公車到UCLA 20min 有三班公車可以坐)
時間： 6/15 - 9/20 (可討論)
近Culver City的2B2B apartment (UCLA family house)，sublease其中的1B1B
廚房共用，$750/mo，水費網路全包，電費跟室友分攤
附近環境單純，幾乎都是UCLA學生/訪問學者/post-doc
附近有超商Ralphs, Trader Joes, Vons
也有滿多餐廳 (中餐館/美式速食)
位在Sepulveda Blvd和National Blvd附近，搭公車到學校20min
因為暑假不再LA，希望sublease給需要的人
最快入住時間為6月15後 (可討論)
