[問題] UCI申請時填表問題

我在UCI申請填表時遇到一個問題,

導致申請程序沒辦法往下走,

我選F1 (Student Visa)

下面有一框框可以打字Other:____________

If you will be a US Citizen or legal US Permanent Resident by the beginning
of your first academic term, do you expect to be classified as a resident of
California for tuition purpose?
我選Yes

If you clicked on "yes" above, please give the date on which you established
or expect to establish California residence (mm/dd/yyyy)
我填06/01/2016

然後按下Save
會出現這個畫面:
Foreign students on F1, J1 or J2 visas must provide a permanent address in
another country. Please change your permanent address and then enter your
residency information.

請問我是哪裡出了錯呢?
