[問題] 代po 說服校方waive toefl

由於我同學托福差一分85分（R19)，門檻86，卡在admissions 還不能審核通過。
學校也讓他bargain一下

Dear xxx

You're correct that your application will remain incomplete and won't be reviewed until a test is submitted that reflects the minimum score required.  The only other option is to request a waiver from the Director of Graduate Admissions.  If this is what you'd like to do, then you need to send and email or letter explaining why you feel your English proficiency is strong enough for study at the graduate level.  Below is her contact information.  There is no guarantee of approval.  Any documents that
you've already submitted will be available for her review should you reference any in your email.


目前原po想法有在校英語授課表現不錯....
想問問大家有沒有類似的經驗or想法。
