標題[問題] ASU表格問題

想請問一下 剛好在申請ASU CS
然後看Application Requirements時候遇到幾個問題
International Applicants:
- Academic credentials & official transcripts (這個去學校買信封寄出)
- Official GRE General test scores (由ETS加發)
- Official TOEFL score (由ETS加發)
- Three letters of recommendation (應該是Application submitted教授會收到信件)
- Statement of purpose (???)
**Please include the document reference number(???) on all materials sent.
最後一個Statement of purpose
這個也是要印出來由學校信封寄出嗎?
因為我在Online Application Progress
看到有一個地方可以上傳Personal Statement
可是我查了一下這兩個是不同東西
所以這裡感覺到很怪.
然後還有一個document reference number是指什麼?
不知道有沒有前人申請過
能幫忙解惑 感謝！！
