[問題] GRE & deadline of University of Texas

各位大大好

想請教一個問題

由於UT deadline 是在 12/15

而我又擔心 11/27 的考試成績趕不上deadline

所以我寫信問過學校後  對方來信 以下 :

Dear XXX,

Thank you for your inquiry.  Your GRE scores are downloaded to the department
from GIAC (Graduate and International Admissions Center) as part of your
application. If the official scores arrive to GIAC after our Dec. 15th
deadline, they will not be considered during our initial ranking process but
may be available for viewing by the admissions committee later.


我想請問一下 they will not be considered during our initial ranking process 的意思是 ??

感覺好像有影響  但又不知道嚴不嚴重...

→ Sulstan: 沒在ranking process就是有可能被直接刷掉啊
→ yuasa: 意思就是說你在初篩的時候會被視為GRE沒成績(也許視為0分吧
→ yuasa: 但如果你僥倖進入審查階段成績又送到的話成績還是有用的
推 lworld: 能提早考試最好啦.....你這時間應該已經出分  只是怕ETS

推 lworld: 可以送兩次啊，我記得去年UT是每次送的成績mystatus都會
