[問題] PSU GPA計算問題

小弟在PSU的GPA Instructions 裡面看到這段話
To calculate your grade point average:

Count only credits completed in your junior and senior years.
This should be about 60-70 semester hours or 90-110 quarter hours.
If you have coursework in progress, you will have fewer hours.
Use the GPA Calculator below to calculate your GPA on a 4.0 scale.

其中第一句話Count only credits completed in your junior and senior years.
是指將大三大四實拿的學分數去計算GPA（被當的不用計入）；還是指不論有沒有被當
，全部都要計入GPA?因為如果是第一種情況，我的大三大四GPA是3.75；第二種情況則為3.54, 差距有點多?希望有經驗的前輩能夠幫忙解惑，謝謝
