[問題] UMassAmherst財力證明

今年申請UMass Amherst 時

系統要求填寫" International Student Financial Statement"

理解是要附上財力證明

Q1:該文件開頭提到一個學生花費51,070USD
   所以當我去郵局開財力證名時
   最好高過此金額嗎?

Q2:文件中間有一段

I,_, am willing to offer support in the amount of _ USD
to  (Student’s name) for his/her studies at the University of Mass Amherst.
 I certify that I have sufficient funds to support this individual and have
enclosed proof of the availability of these funds in the form of original,
official bank statement or letter, dated within the past 6
months. I further certify that these funds are readily available for use
in the United States.

這段我有些疑問
我是打算以我的名義自行申請財力證明
沒有要讓其他人幫我背書

這個情況下
這段要讓背書人簽名的地方 是否就可以跳過不寫?

Q3:
爬閱其他先進有申請UMass的文章
有提到當資料Submitted
會收到確認信
此時再把成績單，財力證明寄出

請問今年的流程是否也是依照這樣的模式進行?
