[問題] 收到這種信到底是有錄取還沒錄取 囧

各位大大好，小弟剛剛收到Univ. of Maryland寄來的信，內容是說他們已經向

Graduate School "Recommend"我，但正式的通知要等待Graduate School那邊的決定

請問這樣是說我已經半支腳踏進去了，還是只是一個禮貌上的告知呢 ="=？

一開頭就Congratulations! 後面又look forward to meeting you in the future!

這樣會害人家有期待的阿! Orz

不知道是否有誰遇到類似的情況呢？感謝

Congratulations! The College of Information Studies is recommending
 to the Graduate School that you be admitted to the University of
Maryland's Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction (HCIM)
program for the Fall 2017 semester. We believe that pursuing the HCIM
degree will give you the opportunity to expand the skills and knowledge
you already have and will prepare you to be a leader in the evolving
information age. We hope you will be able to join us in the iSchool!

Please understand that this is only a recommendation. The Graduate School
makes final admissions decisions and will notify you of their decision soon.
If you are admitted admitted by the Graduate School, your acceptance letter
will provide instructions about how to formally accept your offer of
admission. You must accept this offer in order to register for courses.

Once you have accepted admission, you'll begin receiving additional
information from the HCIM program about next steps.
