[問題] 美國PhD錄取信funding問題?

申請美國PhD有拿到TA/RA但
剛收到offer上面funding部分是只寫一年而已
I20上也是只有寫出一年份的獎學金

內容大致如下:(GPA就是TA/RA)
GPA position provides full tution support of plus a stipend in the amount of
$xxxxx over the course of 12 months
.....
the GPA position will be renewable annually.

1.請問正常都是降嗎?不會一次寫複數年?而是每年審核一次?

2.Funding上的金額只有寫TA/RA一年的薪水,沒有寫到學費部分?

3.另外如果要幫配偶申請F2,需要請學校再寄另外一份I20嗎?
