第一次申請國外資料，
所以可能這個問題有點陽春，
但信件內容實在簡短的有點怪，
擔心會不會是學店或是只是教授隨意寄的：

信是寄給多人的，
請問意思是說他有獎學金想要招學生嗎？
然後回信真的只要回“Tell me more”就好？
都不用稍自我介紹一下嗎？
有點毛毛的感覺
